The purpose of this squat program is to add pounds to your back squat in a short but intense training cycle. This program is not for the faint of heart. Drawing from my experience with multiple high-intensity squat programs, I have designed what I believe to be a first-rate squat regimen with the natural athlete in mind.
Pros of this program: I added 35 lbs in 4 weeks to my back squat.
Cons of this Program: I got tendonitis and I was always sore.
I do not recommend this program to people with previous knee issues or who are older athletes. It is phenomenal for young, healthy athletes.
I have had a very high success rate of people who hit pr's on this program.
